治疗甲沟炎——用手术刀修脚的步骤！！看仔细呦~~

工具：医用手术刀（在有些药店或专门的医用器械专店就有卖的），双氧水、酒精、碘酒之类的药水，消炎药
弯钩指甲刀
标准手术刀
（各大医疗器械店有售，买的时候只要说要买“标准手术刀”就可以买到了～，还要买配套的刀片～记住刀片的形状呦～～）
目的：将变形的向内勾的指甲剪掉，并修成正常指甲应有的圆滑的边缘
握刀的方法：和握笔的方法差不多
方法：
1、用热水泡脚，大概30分钟左右，如果很严重就多泡一会，目的是让指甲变软。
2、先用普通指甲刀在指甲缝一侧的边缘处剪一个小口（以便于用刀修）
3、左手握住脚趾，右手将手术刀面微微平行于指甲
（既不能垂直于指甲，会将甲床割伤，也不能太平行于甲床，要有一定角度，到时候就会了）
然后慢慢的沿着正常指甲应有的边缘一点一点向指甲根部方向下切
（如果你的病情比较轻，只需要将指甲上半部分向下勾得趾甲切去即可；但是如果病情较重，就需要切刀指甲根部的边缘，才可以把勾进肉里的指甲全部切掉）
（掌握好方向，不要每次下刀的方向都不一样，会使指甲边缘变的不光滑）
凭着手感就会感觉指甲被一点点切掉，这时要继续千万不能想当然的认为切完了，就去拽扯指甲使之脱落，因为很可能还没切完全，要继续切，直到真的感到指甲已经全部被切断，在将断甲取出。
5、继续用手术刀，探测向内勾的指甲是否已经完全取出，并检查新修的指甲内边缘是否光滑，并且将一些碎肉和烂沫刮干净。
（一个很好判断是否真的成功了的方法是，用手指按指甲盖的中央，如果没有明显的疼痛感，就说明已经差不多了）
7、之后就是杀毒、消炎工作了，相信大家最熟悉的就是这个步骤了。
6、如果很严重，就要慢慢来，连着修三四次，之后就会大有好转的。但是，每次修甲的时间间隔不易过短，要大概两个星期后，等到指甲长长后再修，如果太短，千万不可轻易动刀，会适得其反的。

我以前也得过甲沟炎，还做过两次手术，情况也算很严重了，流脓、翻肉，每天放学回家第一件事就是用各种药水涂摸伤口，还要把袜子洗了，因为上面都是血，那时候我的袜子没有一双是完全干净的，因为上面都有没洗干净的血迹，相信大家都有同感。
后来由亲戚介绍去了一家澡堂一楼的修脚店，是祖上传下来的那种，不是洗浴中心里的足疗房（我也不是很清楚足疗房里能不能治甲沟炎，大家可以去问问），我就开始每个星期去那里修脚，修了大概三次就已经好的差不多了，但是人家说想让指甲从此不再往肉里长是不太可能的，只能在指甲扎入肉里之前及时将指甲修掉，也就是总去那里修脚。后来我就想是不是可以自己试着修脚呢？于是我就买来了工具自己尝试着修脚，于是知到现在，已经大概五六年了，我的指甲已经很正常了，只不过有的时候还是会往里勾，但是稍微修整就完全没有问题了。

注意：切指甲时候的方向性很重要，不要由于没掌握好方向把指甲切的一片一片的，到时候就会觉得很乱，当然如果这样也没关系，先休息一天，第二天再吸取教训，找好一个路线慢慢来，相信大家一定会成功的！！至于翻肉，消炎后自然会消下去，不用管它。
有人可能说这太复杂了，怕切到肉，其实我当时也怕切到自己，但是一旦你真的拿着一把刀对着你自己的脚趾的时候，你会惊奇的发现真的切不到肉，只是把指甲切掉了。而且我当时才初中二年级，我还是个女生，相信大家也一定能做得到，因为我们都知道甲沟炎带给我们多大的痛苦，所以我发了这个帖子，希望我能帮助到你们。如果实在太严重，就也找一找修脚的师傅，或者做完手术后，当指甲再由往里勾的趋势的时候开始用自己修的方法，一定可以好的。

前几天去前门，在胡同里看见了个小孩，长得就像个妖精。小小的身形，小小的脸上全是骨头，骨骼严重变形，活像一个小老头，耳朵尖尖的，鼻子鹰勾得特别厉害，眼睛巨大，坐在那里要饭。妈妈好奇，问了旁边一个卖玉米的人，说他已经三十多岁了，是南方一个小城市来的。当时真使我惊讶因为他根本就不像人类。 前几天忽然在电视上看到有一个叫洋洋的12岁小女孩，居然跟我那天看见的妖精长得一样，后来才得知他们原来都得了一种叫做科凯恩氏综合症的极为罕见的病。太可怜了，而却又实在叫人厌恶。难道就不能让他们安静的死去吗？这样活着一点意义都没有。   小时候的洋洋是个非常可爱,听话的小孩(如下图),和其他同龄一样,快乐的学习生活,除了脚不能正常走路外,其他的方面都还算正常(后来做了手术,也能正常走路了).但是到了8岁,童年的洋洋竟来了月经,更令人惊讶的是,一年后,也就是洋洋9岁的时候,变断经了(不知是否这样称).似乎8岁到9岁这短短的一年时间,就是洋洋的青年期和中壮年期.到了10岁,洋洋又在某一天突然变老,脚又不能走路了,甚至连站都站不住,嘴巴也说不出话了,渐渐地,洋洋越来越瘦,7岁时换的新牙,如今都快掉光了,12岁的年龄,额头上已爬上皱纹,而智力只相当于婴儿水平,身体的各个器官也都迅速衰老.她变成了一个"老人"!! 1936年，科凯恩  科凯恩氏综合征是科凯恩在1936年首次发现的，该病是一种罕见的常染色体隐性遗传疾病，又称小头、纹状体小脑钙化和蛋白质 其特点是患儿出生时正常，两岁后发病，面容苍老，眼球内陷，身材矮小，手足大，四肢相对较长，皮肤对光敏感，暴露部位常发生水疱 前不久，央视《家庭》栏目记者带着阳阳到吉林大学第一医院进行了全方位检查。医生详细询问了阳阳从出生到现在的生长、生活情况。之后，又对其进行了身体结构、眼睛 经查，阳阳过早出现了头发 医生告诉母亲这种病全世界目前还没有有效的治疗方法，患儿寿命最长才16岁，多因早衰、心血管疾病、中风等老年病死亡。 据该院的专家介绍，科凯恩氏综合症又称侏儒症 据悉香港大学 |
